Rosie often brings all the extra corn bread home from her work (she says they just throw it out at the end of the night and that bothers her...she is her mother's daughter I suppose!). I end up freezing and drying a lot of it and now I may just have to try your trick of putting it under the turkey breast and season it like stuffing! I know Mike will love it. Thanks for sharing, as always.
Love,
Tracey
x0xTracey McBride ~ Frugal Luxuries®https://www.blogger.com/profile/03043055986653442733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2234682891641398053.post-44458721873369987672012-09-20T07:47:45.731-07:002012-09-20T07:47:45.731-07:00Hi Terri! I like organization but I also like a little freedom to let my moods and activities guide our meals, thus I write out a menu plan by numbering the meals (as opposed to assigning days to each meal). I do this by taking quick inventory of what we have and decide which meals I can prepare using primarily what we have on hand (with a supplemental grocery list on the side if needed). In the mornings I look at the list and then decide what I will make that evening for dinner (or lunch/breakfast). I know it's not for everyone but it works well for me!
Love,
Tracey
x0x Tracey McBride ~ Frugal Luxuries®https://www.blogger.com/profile/03043055986653442733noreply@blogger.com
